Authorities on Thursday busted at least 10 members of the Mack Baller Brims street gang, known for terrorizing the Bronx with shootings, drug-dealing and robberies, police sources said.
The men face charges of racketeering conspiracy, assault and attempted murder in aid of racketeering, narcotics distribution, and firearms possession for their role in the violent cabal, which is a subset of the United Bloods Nation gang.
The takedown was a joint operation of the NYPD, the FBI and Homeland Security Investigations, a source said.
Members include Carlos “Baby Bottle” Rosario — who’s wanted for a July 20, 2019, attempted murder — Juan “Gotti” Tejada and Derrick “Big Bank” Casado.
In addition to various shootings around the Bronx since 2017, sources said members sold crack, heroin, Oxycodone, fentanyl, marijuana and cocaine.
